It appears that you are using a php.ini to adjust your php settings.
If this is the case then you may need to add additional code to that php.ini to make the loader work.
The additional code you would add is this, and again keep in mind that you may not need to even add this, but if your store doesn't work still then you will want to try adding this:

If you do not understand how to add code to your local php.ini files
(php.ini, manager/php.ini, and/or manager/flash/php.ini)

You have the correct loaders installed. You are ready to use PhotoStore.
If this is a new install then you will need to activate your store now using your activation code.

If this is an upgrade, you may now delete this file from your site as it is no longer needed.
